The labeling machine type wetLAN110 can be presented in a wide range of output: from 60 cans per minute to 400 - depending on the size of cans and labels. Most often, this model is used for cans and glass jars. The cold glue is supplied in a special container, is fed to the label using a pneumatic pump, which provides not only the circulation of the glue from the container to the glue roller, but also the heating of the glue. The glue consumption in this system is minimal! The adhesive is applied in a thin layer to the inner surface of the label by strips. The amount of glue per surface unit can be adjusted using a special handwheel. To connect the machine, it is necessary to supply compressed air at a pressure of 6 - 10 Bar. The diameter of the container with glue can vary from 320 to 392 mm, the depth of the pump embedding from 100 to 400 mm. The pump is equipped with a special glue filter, which ensures the purity of the glue during circulation.
